• The Northwest Georgia Presbytery is one of 82 regional church bodies of the Presbyterian Church in America, a denomination that strives to be faithful to the Scriptures, true to the Reformed faith, and obedient to the Great Commission. Our presbytery exists to extend the kingdom of God by establishing new churches and strengthening existing churches.

  • These regional church divisions are a geographically defined group of local church congregations and all its teaching and ruling elders – all united by our faith in the Lord Jesus Christ, our commitment to the Great Commission, and our Reformed and Presbyterian understanding of Scripture.

  • We were officially constituted as a distinct and separate presbytery in 2006. One of three presbyteries formed from the former North Georgia Presbytery.
